Amazing customer service from start to finish, with regular updates throughout the whole process. The sofa arrived in excellent condition and was a great price too. Highly recommend!

Brilliant service! I'm 300 miles away, but the team were determined to get this sofa to me. A courier was arranged who brought this one and took my old one away. I paid for the courier upfront, and the sofa on delivery.

I dont normally leave reviews, but I had to because I couldn't ask for a better service, from messages to talking on the phone to being shown around the warehouse late in the evening. I would definitely recommend. Im so happy with my sofa. He evening stayed and was patient and helpful, thanks again mate 👍🏾

Had a great experience with sofa vault! I was struggling finding a second hand sofa between the scams on facebook and not being able to view before buying but Kacper was great! Had a look around the warehouse which was full choice, once I decided got delivery within the same week.

Amazing friendly professional service, Casper was very helpful, and I have a sofa that was hugely cheaper than a brand new purchase but far superior quality and as new, very happy thank you !!!

Frequently Asked Questions
Our stock comes from a mix of sources — genuine ex-display floor models, unused liquidation stock and direct-from-manufacturer pieces — so condition varies from "like new" to "unused." Each product page tells you exactly which category a sofa falls into, and every piece is checked and photographed honestly before it's listed.
Yes — we're based in Greater Manchester and happy to arrange a viewing, or a live video walkthrough over WhatsApp if you can't get to us. Get in touch and we'll sort a time that works.
Delivery cost depends on distance from our Greater Manchester base and is worked out automatically at checkout once you enter your postcode. Most orders reach customers within about a week.
Yes — we deliver across the whole of the UK, not just the North West.
We regularly carry pieces from major high-street names — think DFS, Sofology, NEXT, Furniture Village and more — at a fraction of the original price. Exact availability changes often since most pieces are one-offs.
You can check out securely online, or arrange things directly with us by phone or WhatsApp if you'd rather.
