Terms & Conditions

These terms apply whenever you use sofavaultoutlet.com or buy from Sofa Vault Outlet, Tower Mill, 145 Park Rd, Dukinfield, Greater Manchester, SK16 5NA. By placing an order you agree to them.

Our stock

We sell genuine liquidation stock (unused sofas from unpaid finance agreements or broken retail contracts), ex-display stock (real showroom floor models, which may show minor signs of display wear), and direct-from-manufacturer stock (brand new, made to order). Each product page states which category a sofa falls into and describes its condition honestly. Because most of our stock is one-off, availability can change quickly and we reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if an item turns out to be unavailable.

Prices & payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken securely at checkout via Stripe (card, Klarna, Apple Pay or Google Pay), or in person/by phone for showroom sales. A contract is formed once payment is confirmed and we've accepted the order.

Delivery

Delivery costs and typical timeframes are set out on our Delivery & Returns page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Cancellation & returns

See our Delivery & Returns page for your cancellation rights, including the statutory exemption that applies to made-to-order, customised sofas.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaking this agreement is limited to the price you paid for the item in question.

Website use

You may not use this site in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, the site or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired. All content on the site — text, images and design — belongs to Sofa Vault Outlet or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
