Delivery costs

Delivery is priced by distance from our warehouse at Tower Mill, 145 Park Rd, Dukinfield, Greater Manchester (SK16 5NA), and calculated automatically at checkout from your postcode:

• Within 25 miles: £40
• Up to 45 miles: £45
• Up to 75 miles: £70
• Up to 100 miles: £100
• Over 120 miles: £150

We deliver across the whole of mainland UK.

Delivery timeframe

Most orders are ready for delivery within around five working days of ordering. An exact delivery day is arranged with you directly by phone or WhatsApp once your order is confirmed.

Viewing before you buy

Every sofa is quality-checked and photographed honestly before it's listed, and you can visit our warehouse in person (Mon–Sat, 9am–6pm) or request a live video tour on WhatsApp before you order.

Your right to cancel

For standard stock (liquidation and ex-display sofas bought online), you have a statutory right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it and receive a refund, provided the item is returned in the condition you received it. Because these are large, one-off items, please contact us before returning anything so we can arrange collection — return shipping costs for change-of-mind cancellations are payable by the customer.

Made-to-order & customised sofas(built using our fabric/colour/size configurator) are produced specifically to your specification. Under the same Regulations, personalised or bespoke goods made to a consumer's specifications are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right once production has begun — this will be made clear before you complete an order for a customised sofa.

This doesn't affect your separate statutory right to a repair, replacement or refund if an item arrives faulty or not as described under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. To start a return or report a fault, contact us at sofavaultoutlet@outlook.com or +44 7722 015665.
